    Role Description :

    Project Managers play a key role in ensuring the success of the organization. Responsibilities include attracting and developing talent, managing internal initiatives, executing customer engagement, and overseeing processes and people. The role involves strategic planning and innovation.

    Role Responsibilities :

    Project Management :

    - Successfully manage both internal and client projects of varying sizes using PM methodology.

    - Monitor project delivery and organize audit processes with Centers of Excellence (COEs).

    - Collaborate with talent management for optimal team assignments.

    - Work with the finance team on project billings.

    - Track performance scores of the delivery team and encourage innovation.

    - Collaborate with support teams for resource needs.

    Talent Attraction :

    - Market the company brand to attract talent.

    - Manage talent intake programs, including internships.

    Participate in the hiring process and assist in recruiting through networking.

    Talent Training :

    - Train the next generation of leaders.

    - Identify and suggest needed training programs.

    - Monitor training programs and analyze gaps, recommending changes to COEs.

    Other Responsibilities :


    - From project planning to talent planning, forecasting talent requirements.

    - Coordinate appraisal programs and people management.

    - Encourage innovation within the team.

    Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Greenhopper, Rally, VersionOne, Microsoft Project, Visio, and other Office and Communication :

    - Proven ability to lead initiatives and ensure objectives are met.

    - Excellent oral and written communication skills.

    - Experience interacting with both business and IT individuals at all levels, including executives.

    Problem Solving :

    - Creative approach to problem-solving with attention to detail and a focus on the big picture.

    Additional Requirements :

    - Experience in project management of small to large implementations.

    - Work experience in delivering Data Warehouse projects.

    - Experience in project planning, estimating, and approach definition.

    - Implementation of SDLC, Agile methodology in projects.

    - Experience in mentoring/training teams in project knowledge.

    - Experience with team allocation and managing project-related risks.

    - Working experience in implementing PMO objectives and measurements in projects.

    - Proven track record with 7+ years of successfully delivering projects as a project manager.

    - Experience in Product Management is a plus.
