    We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales/BDM to onboard foreign education consultants. The ideal candidate will have a proven sales track record in the education sector, with experience working with foreign consultants.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Identify Potential Partners: Conduct research and networking to identify potential consultants through walks-ins, tele-calling, and prior appointments.
    • Build Relationships: Develop strong relationships by understanding consultant needs and aligning them with our offerings.
    • Develop Sales Strategies: Create effective strategies, proposals, and presentations to onboard consultants.
    • Onboarding Management: Oversee the onboarding process, coordinating with internal teams for seamless integration.
    • Training and Support: Provide comprehensive training and support to new consultants on our offerings, policies, and procedures.
    • Achieve Sales Targets: Exceed sales targets with high motivation and outreach efforts, reaching students pursuing higher education abroad and guiding them through our portal.

    Requirements

    • Experience: 1–2 years of proven sales experience, meeting or exceeding quotas.
    • Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with CRM systems and other sales tools.
    • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Results-Oriented: Demonstrated ability to close deals and achieve sales targets.
    • Dynamic Personality: Strong interpersonal skills, building rapport quickly.
    • Local Knowledge: Familiarity with the Ahmedabad market is a plus.
