Hiring talented and competitive Lead Generation and Sales Executives for our captive unit who thrives in a quick sales cycle environment.
The successful candidate will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives.
You must be comfortable in making calls, generate leads & sometimes work on end to end closures.
Responsibilities:
Source new sales opportunities through outbound cold calls and emails.
Converting leads through Cold Calling / References
Follow up with the clients to boost sales
Understand customer needs and requirements.
Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territory.
Creating a database of clients through enhanced outbound calls and maintaining the database of the leads generated and make regular follow-ups with them.
Desired Candidate Profile:
Experience with International BPO - Sales is must
Should be ready to work in night shift (5 Days Working) Us shift
