    We are in search of a skilled and experienced Tech Recruiter with 4 to 6 years of experience in contract hiring to join our dynamic team. This pivotal role involves identifying, attracting, and onboarding top technical talent, focusing on contract and temporary staffing needs to support our company's growth.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various sourcing strategies to identify high-caliber technical professionals for contract and temporary positions.
    • Screening and Evaluation: Conduct initial candidate assessments, including resume reviews and interviews, to evaluate technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
    • Client Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs, create job descriptions, and develop clear candidate profiles.
    • Talent Pipelining: Maintain a talent pipeline for rapid response to hiring demands.
    • Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive recruitment process from initial contact to onboarding.
    • Contract Negotiation: Negotiate terms with candidates in alignment with company guidelines.
    • Compliance and Data Management: Stay informed on labor laws and maintain accurate candidate records.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
    • 4-6 years of proven experience in technical recruiting, focusing on contract and temporary staffing.
    • Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and tools.
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
    • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and HR software.
    • Familiarity with employment laws and regulations.
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
    • Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
    • Adept at building relationships and employing a metrics-oriented recruitment approach.
