    Area Sales Manager - Bengaluru, India - Domnic Lewis International

    Description

    Area Sales Generation and Business Development:

    • Meet revenue, order booking, and collections targets based on the area's business plan with a long-term vision in mind.
    • Discover growth opportunities in different markets, areas, and key accounts and create and execute strategies with full responsibility.
    • Boost business growth by engaging with customers, analyzing the project pipeline, and consistently meeting sales goals.
    • Manage the team's project pipeline, focusing on specific areas and implementing a structured review process.
    • Track and enhance revenue from regular customers such as contractors, panel builders, and builders in various segments.
    • Maximize business from key accounts by utilizing project expertise and working closely with contractors, consultants, and key clients.

    Product Prescription:

    • Collaborate closely with electrical consultants and key clients to create demand for Company Solutions.
    • Set clear goals for this collaboration and pursue them diligently.
    • Demonstrate technical product knowledge and leverage features to drive sales.
    • Focus on specifying new solutions within a predetermined percentage of total sales.

    Market Promotions:

    • Execute promotion strategies for Company Solutions through various platforms to enhance brand perception.
    • Develop a comprehensive marketing plan that covers the entire market spectrum.
    • Suggest promotional events with key clients and influencers.
    • Motivate the sales team to interact with customers at different levels through promotional initiatives, emphasizing product benefits.

    Market Intelligence:

    • Establish a consistent travel schedule across managed areas.
    • Stay updated on market trends, standards, installation practices, and competitor activities and pricing strategies.
    • Provide insights to product management to ensure alignment between the Company's product portfolio and global strategies.
    • Analyze competitors' tactics within the region.

    Forecasting:

    • Utilize project pipeline data, stock projections, and ongoing projects to make accurate monthly forecasts.

    Channel Management:

    • Manage channel partners, oversee stock levels, and direct projects independently to minimize reliance on external factors.
