- Knowledge in various measuring instruments and Independently Inspect products or materials for defects, deviations from specification and quality issues.
- Knowledge in ASME SEC III & V, Other codes added value.
- preparing and maintaining detail records of Inspection test results and any deviations from quality standards.
- Knowledge in steel melting and Forgings and Heat treatment.
- Able to perform Inspection activities such as dimension and visual to verify the product quality.
- Knowledge in non-destructive testing such as UT, MT, PT is added value.
- Able to raise and evaluate nonconformance and RCAPA
- Able to identify process deviation and work with Processing teams to resolve the problem.
- Good communication, able to collaborate with Production teams, engineers and other stakeholders to maintain Quality.
- Able to train and guide other employees
- Understand Drawing and its requirements.
- Basic knowledge in MSEXCEL, PowerPoint and MS-Word documents.
