    POSITION DETAILSPosition SummaryAs the Talent Sourcer, you will play a critical role in the day-to-day candidate sourcing activities, evaluating and screening potential candidates to fill open positions throughout all CIRCOR businesses, both domestic and abroad.

    A key element of this position is the ability to attract highly competitive and best-fit candidates for the job.
    Activities include managing the various sourcing channels and regularly interacting with both active and passive candidates. You should be a friendly, proactive, and self-motivated team player with strong interpersonal skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are a must.
    Principal ActivitiesWorks together with the recruiter and hiring manager to determine position prerequisitesCreates job postings and sends recruitment emails to potential candidatesSources suitable candidates through various sourcing channelsInteract with potential candidates via social media and professional networks (e.g. LinkedIn)Promotes CIRCOR's Brand as you communicate with candidatesKeeps track of pre-defined sourcing metrics and reports on themMaintains social media and professional networks to interact with potential candidatesRecognize qualified applicant profile utilizing different sourcing proceduresCreate strong and diverse talent pools for future hiring needsMeasure conversion rates which include the number of passive candidates who transform into applicants, get invited to interviews, get offers and get hiredRequest for referrals from current workers and external networksMaintain applicant databases through our Applicant Tracking SystemSource for the best passive candidates in the global marketDevelop a strong relationship with candidates and make judicious decisions on fit for a particular role or team, in addition to thinking through fit for our unique cultureMap out individual markets and gather intelligence around specific talent pools, using that knowledge to identify top talentRequirementsCANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

    Education & ExperienceBachelor's degree in HRM, psychology, education, business, and/or related business experience;1+ years' experience as a Talent Sourcer or similar role in the HR department
