    Accounts Receivable Specialist Role

    Our hybrid energy solution combines solar PV, battery backup, and diesel generators, optimized through a controller. This results in decreased diesel consumption, increased battery life, reduced maintenance, and replacement costs, leading to savings for our consumers.

    Job Description:

    We are seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will have 3 to 5 years of experience in accounts and finance, with strong analytical skills.

    Responsibilities:

    • Manage the accounts receivable function, ensuring accurate and timely invoicing, collections, and customer communication.
    • Monitor accounts to ensure payments are up-to-date.
    • Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies or disputes.
    • Perform account reconciliations to ensure accuracy.
    • Follow up on delinquent accounts and manage the collections process.
    • Prepare aging reports and provide analysis on accounts receivable performance.
    • Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to address customer inquiries and issues.
    • Assist with month-end close processes related to accounts receivable.
    • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices.

    Requirements:

    • Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
    • 3 to 5 years of experience in accounts receivable or related finance roles.
    • Proficiency in accounting software, such as Tally ERP Prime.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
    • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
