    Job Description: Area Service Manager (Electric Vehicles)

As we expand our operations, we are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Area Sales Manager to drive sales and market penetration in designated regions.

    Position Overview: As an Area Service Manager for Electric Vehicles (EVs), you will be responsible for overseeing the service operations within a designated geographical area. Your primary objective will be to ensure the efficient and effective maintenance and repair of electric vehicles, while also delivering exceptional customer service. If required You will lead a team of technicians, coordinate service activities, and collaborate with various stakeholders to meet business objectives.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Lead, motivate, and mentor a team of service technicians to ensure high performance and adherence to company standards.
    • Oversee all service operations within the designated area, including scheduling, dispatching, and execution of service orders.
    • Ensure timely and effective resolution of customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations.
    • Develop and manage the service department budget, ensuring optimal utilization of resources while controlling costs.
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders, including senior management, sales teams, and other departments.

    Qualifications & skills

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field (preferred).
    • Proven experience in service management or related field
    • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team.
    • Knowledge of industry regulations and standards.
    • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact effectively with customers, team members, and stakeholders.
