• 10 Yrs of Experience In Manufacturing Industry
• Maintain all testing of TMT bar as per standard IS 1786/2008, IS 1599:1985 & IS 1608(Part 1) : 2018 like sec wt check, grade, Elongation%, Bend test ,Re-bend Test, Ring test & A.R. value
• Thermex parameter setting as per size, mill speed and Inlet, outlet temperature
• E.R.P maintain for issue test certificate with proper communication with Dispatch and SMS Q.C
• Certified Internal Auditor in IMS (Integrated Management System: ISO , &
• BIS License Renewal & 3rd Party Inspection
• Chemical Analysis through Computerized Spectrometer operation
• Testing of Sample & keeping records.

Qualification

• Diploma in Engineering/ B.Sc. / Bachelor of Engineering
