    Associate Manager / Analyst- Performance Marketing (3-5yrs)

    Key Responsibilities:

    I. Be a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in providing advisorieson all PPC platforms

    II. Explore various platforms opportunities globally forcooperation

    III. Cascade KPIs and goals aligned to stakeholders' needsacross the demand and supply spectrum.

    IV. Establish the capability of providing actionableinsights during mid and post-campaign reports to improve in-flightoptimizations and future campaign brief recommendations

    V. Set up processes in compliance with the finance process(including end of campaign reconciliation) to drive operational excellence.

    VI. Be an expert on media behavior and how the targetaudience interacts with social touchpoints (i.e. Google, Facebook) and anycross-channel delivery.

    VII. Build strong relationships across internalstakeholders.

    VIII. Lead a team to plan & deliver campaigns acrossmultiple Paid platforms

    IX. Core platforms: Google, Bing, Facebook, Instagram,Snapchat, Twitter and Bigo Ads required;

    X. Onboarding Additional platforms and creating a playbooksuch as Kwai, Sharechat, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Pinterest are highlyrecommended).

    XI. Lead and implement Social campaign activities ofestablished local and global brands across multiple industries & Geos

    IX. Analyze customer data and drive retention strategyexecution

    X. Responsible for end-to-end customer engagement andretention campaigns

    XI. Experiment across the whole engagement and retentionfunnel constantly looking for maximum impact on DAU (Daily Active Users)

    XII. Create, implement and optimize daily/weekly/monthlycampaigns (engagement and retention - both automated and not automated)

    XIII. Should be able to handle CRM tools, execute, measureand analyses campaign metrics
