    JobDescriptionPyxidia Techlab isa growing IT Services and Consulting company looking to fill avacant position of HR administrator to support our Human Resourcesdepartment. You will act as the first point of contact forHRrelated queries from employees and external partners. The HRadministrator will handle all written and verbal employee querieswith the utmost confidentiality. Responsibilities may include butare not limited to drawing up HR documents corresponding withrecruitment agencies organizing training sessions and eventsupdating company policies and ensuring they comply with laborlaws. To be asuccessful HR administrator your main administrative duties includemaintaining personnel records managing HR documents (e.g.employment records and onboarding guides) and updating internaldatabases. Our ideal candidate has experience with HR proceduresand can juggle various administrative tasks in a timely manner. Youshould be able to ensure our HR department supports our employeeswhile conforming to labor laws. JobResponsibilitiesHere is alook at all the job responsibilities of an HRadministrator:
    • Organize maintain andupdate internal databases with digital personnel records ofrelevant employee information.
    • Supervise newemployee onboarding prepare offer documentation and conductorientation sessions.
    • Update company policiesand FAQ Documents in lieu of Director/VP ofHR.
    • Ensure legalcompliance.
    • Update maintain and present reportswith KPIs such as turnover rates and hires by eachdepartment.
    • Maintain employeepayroll.
    • Organize a job fair and work onrelevant HR projects.
    • Gather staffing needsfrom the Head of Departments and create and publish jobads.
    • Schedule job interviews contact screen andshortlist candidates as needed.
    • Administerperformance management program by monitoring employee appraisalsand salary revisions.
    • Provide guidance onemployee behavior and launchinvestigations.
    • Provide training anddevelopment opportunities.
    • Respond to emailsand calls on behalf of the department.
    • Takemeeting minute notes.
    • Calculate staffentitlements such as annual leaves.
    • Administerdrug background checks and other preemploymentscreening.
    • Prepare correspondence arrangemeetings processing confidential reports anddocuments.
    • Handle all employee queries writtenor verbal with the utmostconfidentiality.
    • Brings issues to managersnotice.
    • Keep up to date on current issues andmatters related to the HRdepartment.
    • Frequently interact with managersand heads of various departments to disseminateinformation.
    • Organize and supervise all travelarrangements for employees.

    Mandatory Skills andRequirementsThe HR administrator should have aBachelor s degree either in HR management or a relevant businessfield. Here is a complete list of skills and requirements for therole of HR administrator:

    • Proficiency in using HR software likeHRIS or HRMS.
