- Snowflake certification(s) (e.g., SnowPro Core, SnowPro Advanced).
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Knowledge of data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Experience with data governance, security, and compliance frameworks.
- Design, develop, and implement Snowflake data solutions to meet business requirements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, and translate them into technical specifications.
- Architect scalable and efficient data models, schemas, and pipelines within the Snowflake platform.
- Optimize query performance and overall system efficiency through indexing, partitioning, clustering, and other techniques.
- Implement and maintain ETL processes for ingesting, transforming, and loading data into Snowflake.
- Develop and maintain data governance policies, ensuring data quality, security, and compliance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to data processing, storage, and access.
- Stay up-to-date with Snowflake best practices, new features, and industry trends to continually improve our data architecture and processes.
- Mentor and provide guidance to junior team members, promoting knowledge sharing and collaboration.
- Participate in code reviews, testing, and documentation efforts to ensure high-quality deliverables.
