    About the Role:

    Artech Infosystems Private Limited is seeking a seasoned Lead Generation Manager to join our team in Noida. The ideal candidate will have 7-10 years of experience in lead generation and will be responsible for developing and executing demand generation strategies that drive revenue growth.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and execute demand generation strategies that drive revenue growth.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and execute campaigns that target different segments of our customer base.
    • Manage the end-to-end process of lead generation, including lead nurturing and qualification.
    • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our target customer personas, and use that knowledge to inform campaign messaging and content.
    • Continuously analyze and optimize campaigns to maximize ROI.
    • Partner with sales to ensure that marketing efforts are aligned with sales goals and that leads are properly handed off.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
    • 7-10 years of experience in lead generation or a related field in the job market context of India.
    • Deep understanding of digital marketing channels, including email, social media, and paid advertising.
    • Experience with marketing automation and CRM software (Hubspot, Marketo, Salesforce, etc.).
    • Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision making.
    • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
    • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
