    Job Summary:As a QualityAnalyst you will play a crucial role in ensuring the higheststandards of quality andperformance acrossour products/services. You will be responsible for analyzingevaluating andmonitoring variousprocesses to identify areas for improvement ensuring that ourdeliverables meetthe establishedquality benchmarks. Your attention to detail analytical mindset andstrongcommunicationskills will be key in providing valuable insights to enhance ouroperational efficiencyand customersatisfaction.


    Responsibilities:

    Performcomprehensive quality assessments on products services andoperationalprocesses toidentify discrepancies and areas for improvement. Monitor andevaluate the performance of customer interactions including callschats and emails toensure adherence to quality standards and compliance with companypolicies. Developand implement quality control measures standard operatingprocedures (SOPs)and best practicesto enhance process efficiency and effectiveness. Collaborate withcrossfunctional teams to understand quality requirements identifyroot causes ofissues and implement corrective and preventive actions. Conduct regularaudits to verify compliance with industry regulations internalpolicies andexternal standards. Generate detailedreports and present findings to management highlighting trendsareas ofimprovement andpotential risks. Provide timely feedback and coaching to team members to promotecontinuousimprovement andensure a consistent level of quality in service delivery. Work closely withthe training department to design and deliver qualityfocusedtraining programsfor employees to maintain highquality performance. Participate incalibration sessions with other quality team members to ensureconsistency inevaluationmethodologies. Stay updated with industry trends quality standards and bestpractices to incorporateinnovativeapproaches into the quality assuranceprocess.
