Job Description:*

We are looking for a highly skilled Business Finance Analyst with a background in IIM and a minimum of two to three years of experience in Business Finance or Financial Planning and Analysis (FPNA). The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of finance principles, excellent analytical skills, and proficiency in MS Excel. As a Business Finance Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing financial data, preparing reports, and providing insights to support strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:*

Analyze financial data and trends to provide insights and recommendations

Prepare financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements

Develop financial models and forecasts to support business planning and budgeting

Monitor and evaluate financial performance against budget and forecast

Identify areas for cost reduction and process improvement

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business initiatives

Present financial analysis and recommendations to senior management

Skills and Qualifications:*

MBA from IIM preferred

Minimum of two to three years of experience in Business Finance or FPNA role

Strong analytical skills and attention to detail

Proficiency in MS Excel and other financial software

Excellent communication and presentation skills

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

Strong organizational and time management skills
