Data QC Engineer - Hyderabad, India - Technoidentity

Description

This is a remote position.
We are looking for a data analyst to support thebreadth of our internal operations: performing
quality control on lab data results forbiology and chemistry assays reviewing and approving
external deliverables and performinginvestigations for internal data inquiries.

Responsibilities:

Following established SOPs and running automatedscripts to perform data QC on lab
results
Reviewingand approving final external customer deliverables
Responding to data inquiries from internalteams across Lab Operations Customer
Experience and Product in a timely manner
Building internal dashboards and reportsto enable partner teams
Partnering with Lab Data Science and Engineering teams to buildtools and automated
processesto make Biobot s data review and approval processes more efficient

Requirements

Requirements:
Bachelor sDegree in Computer Science Bioinformatics Statistics or another
quantitative discipline
3 years of work experience indata analytics ideally in a domain related to public health
or the life sciences
Experience and fluency withPython scripting
Experiencewith bash/shell scripting
Experience and understanding of writing and maintaining SQL queries
Excellent communication skillsboth verbal and written
Adetailoriented organized and datadriven approach to their work
Ability to quickly understanduser inquiries and translate them into an investigation plan
Dedication to providing timelyaccurately results to internal and external customers

Experience working with modern data engineering stack(Snowflake dbt)
Experienceworking with PCR LCMS and/or sequencing data
Experience with AWS
