    Role: Content Manager

    Location: Chennai

    Experience: 8 to 12 Years

    Role Summary:

    Content Leadership and Strategy:

    Develop and implement a comprehensive content strategy that aligns with the company's broader marketing goals and initiatives

    Lead and oversee the content lifecycle from ideation, creation, distribution, and management to analysis

    Establish content KPIs and ensure that all content is driving brand awareness, engagement, leads, and conversions

    Content Creation and Oversight:

    Oversee the creation of a wide array of content types, including blogs, whitepapers, infographics, and videos, ensuring they meet high-quality standards and are SEO-optimized

    Review and approve content pieces, ensuring they align with brand voice, style guides, and marketing objectives

    Collaborate with design teams to ensure that the visual elements of the web and social media platforms align with the content

    Content Analysis and Optimization:

    Utilize analytics tools to track content performance and user engagement, making data-driven decisions to improve content strategy

    Regularly review and adjust content based on performance metrics and feedback, optimizing for search engines and user experience

    Business Storytelling:

    Craft and tell persuasive business stories that resonate with the target audience and stakeholders

    Translate complex ideas and data into compelling and understandable narratives

    Multi-Medium Messaging:

    Create messaging that can be effectively used across various platforms, including web content, social media, email, video, and print materials

    Ensure messaging consistency and adaptability to different communication channels

    Communicate ideas and concepts effectively, using data and storytelling to engage and persuade

    Design Acumen:

    Possess a good eye for design, providing input on visual elements and collaborating with designers to create engaging visuals

    Create storyboards and visual representations to enhance messaging and presentations

    Content Calendar Management:

    Create and manage a content calendar to ensure timely and relevant content delivery

    Monitor industry trends and adjust the content strategy accordingly

    Team Management and Development:

    Lead, manage, and mentor a team of content creators, editors, and strategists

    Foster a collaborative environment and guide the content team in producing high-quality materials

    Cross-Functional Collaboration:

    Work closely with the marketing head and other department leads to develop integrated content strategies

    Partner with the sales/pre-sales team to create content that supports sales enablement and lead-generation efforts

    Liaise with external agencies and vendors as needed

    Stakeholder Engagement:

    Engage with key internal stakeholders to understand business objectives and translate these into content strategies that support various functions within the organization

    Communicate content strategy and results to senior management and gather feedback to refine content initiatives

    Required Qualification:

    • Candidates with a Master's degree in Communication, Marketing Management, MBA, Journalism, or a related field from a reputed institute are preferred

    Required Skills:

    Proven experience in content strategy and team management within a marketing framework

    Strong leadership skills with the ability to drive content initiatives and inspire a team

    Expertise in SEO, content marketing, digital marketing, and social media strategy

    Proficiency in content management systems, Google Analytics, and project management tools

    Excellent communication, writing, and editorial skills

    Experience in creating content for various formats and channels, including digital and traditional platforms

    Ability to analyze content performance and use data to inform content decisions

    Experience in the automotive domain (added advantage)

    Strong project management skills with the ability to manage content schedules and deadlines within a fast-paced environment

    A portfolio that demonstrates a strategic and creative approach to content creation and marketing
