The ideal candidatewill have a strong background in teaching French at the IGCSE levela commitment to student success and a proactive approach topedagogy.

Responsibilities:

Curriculum Delivery: Plan and deliverengaging and interactive French lessons in accordance with theIGCSE curriculum. Foster a positive andinclusive learning environment that encourages studentparticipation and critical thinking.
Integrate technology and innovative teaching methods to enhance thelearningexperience.

Assessment and Feedback: Develop andadminister assessments to evaluate students language proficiencyand understanding of French grammar vocabulary andculture. Provide timely and constructivefeedback to students helping them identify areas for improvementand supporting their languagedevelopment.

Classroom Management: Establish andmaintain a positive and inclusive classroom culture conducive toeffective learning. Implement disciplinestrategies that promote a respectful and collaborative learningenvironment.

Professional Development: Stay abreastof the latest developments in language education and incorporatebest practices into teaching methodologies.
Participate in professional development opportunities andcollaborate with colleagues to enhance the overall quality oflanguage instruction at RBK InternationalSchool.


Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in French or a related field; Masters degree is aplus. Teaching certification orqualification. Proficiency in English andFrench. Previous experience teaching Frenchat the IGCSE level is highlydesirable.
