Description

Job Title

A key member of our team is needed to design, develop, test and commercialize LTE Layer-2 (MAC) features on eNB.

Key Responsibilities

Develop detailed software designs for new MAC Scheduler features on Macro cells
Optimize platform-specific memory and CPU cycles for efficient performance
Create development test cases and ensure functional test coverage for new features
Resolve issues during system integration, verification, and field testing
Mentor junior engineers in the team and guide them technically

Requirements

Strong background in wireless communication with expertise in 3GPP LTE MAC and RLC specifications (36.321 and 36.322)
Experience designing and implementing MAC Scheduling features for Macro eNB
Knowledge of 3GPP features such as CA, MIMO, CoMP, NB-IoT, and eMTC
Understanding of DSP/Cavium multicore platforms used in Macro eNB
