    Description

    In this role, you will:
    Scope, architect, build and ship critical product features and own large new areas within our product.
    Assist in planning the product roadmap, and prioritize the development in partnership with early customers and design partners.
    Report directly to the CTO and co-founder as part of a small and agile team.

    What excites us:


    Strong technical background, with 5+ years of experience working as a Software Engineer with good foundations in algorithms and data structures.

    Experience in building products/projects using large language models(either open-source or commercial APIs)

    You can quickly build prototypes with Python(or any other languages) and follow best coding practices with great focus on quality.

    You have a basic knowledge of statistical analysis techniques and methodologies.
    Basic experience with at least one cloud provider: AWS, GCP, ... (along with experience working on build and deployment systems like docker, k8s, ...)
    Basic proficiency in SQL or NoSQL databases.
    (Plus): You have experimented/built some projects around reasoning/planning using LLMs.
    (Plus): You understand the theory behind various prompt engineering techniques and have some basic experience with fine-tuning LLMs.
    You are a great fit for this role, if you have:

    A continuous learning mindset to work with early customers and design partners, understand problems in different domains and craft SOTA solutions.

    A background working in a start-up or similar size organization and a passion for building high-quality products.
    Strong communication skills, and ability to distill technically complex concepts.
