    Description

    Responsibilities:

    • Coordinate project tasks, manage activities, timelines, and information.
    • Break projects into action plans and set task deadlines.
    • Define project requirements, scope of work, and objectives.
    • Assign tasks to internal / external teams with timelines, record tasks updates and update timelines.
    • Monitor project progress and apply problem solving when required to keep timelines on track.
    • Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to all participants.
    • Monitor Projects / Tasks
    • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans, and reports.
    • Ensure standards and requirements are met by conducting quality assurance tests.
    • Assists with application troubleshooting and debugging functionality errors.
    • Contract external resources for QA testing, and cross-browser / device behaviors.
    • Collaborate with external Dev team for custom projects.

    Requirements and Skills:

    • Proven work experience as a Project Coordinator or similar role.
    • Experience in fast paced project management, from conception to delivery.
    • An ability to prepare and interpret flowcharts, schedules, and develop action plans.
    • Strong organizational skills, including multitasking and time management.
    • Strong client-facing and interpersonal skills.
    • Familiarity with risk management and quality assurance control.
    • Strong working knowledge of a decoupled architecture, headless tech stack, Microsoft Business Central
    • Hands-on experience in Wrike or comparable project management tools.

    BS in Computer Science / Master's in Business Management or related field required
