    Job Title: Sales Executive - B2B Sales (Fresher)

    Location: Pune

    Overview:

    We are looking for a dynamic and motivated individual to join the team as a Sales Executive, who would be working with B2B accounts and providing them Corporate Gifting solutions. This is an entry-level position suitable for fresher candidates.

    Responsibilities:

    ● Responsible for identifying & developing new business opportunities, generating leads and conversion.

    ● Negotiate terms and pricing agreements with clients to ensure win-win outcomes.

    ● Help in sales demonstrations.

    ● Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and fulfilment of client orders.

    ● Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by providing good customer service and support.

    ● Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify opportunities for business growth.

    Qualifications:

    ● MBA freshers or up to 1 year of experience.

    ● Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

    ● Ability to work independently and as part of a team

    ● Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

    ● Establish and nurture strong relationships with clients.

    ● Time Management and speed of execution.
