- Ensure that the solutions we deliver are properly architect, developed, and delivered.
- Make strategies and processes for both front-end and back-end development.
- Involvement in all decisions related to Application architecture, component development, Development strategies, Quality audit, and Timely delivery.
- Recommend best practices based on experience, research, frameworks, design patterns, and visionary thinking.
- Able to lead the Development team and Effectively mentor team members to help them unleash their full potential and logical skills.
- Candidate has to build and grow a strong engineering team
- Create a process and strategy for code reusability
- Provide thought leadership as we explore new ways to develop and grow our Cloud Services, providing state-of-the-art solutions to our customers.
- Participate in recruiting (sourcing & interviewing) technical staff.
- Responsible for technical staff performance and productivity reviews.
- Must have Bachelors and Masters degree in IT field.
- Hands-on experience working with or building e-commerce products or platforms will be an added advantage
- Experience monitoring and operating a production-level service
- Experience with agile software development methodologies like Kanban or Scrum
