- Post qualification experience of 7 plus years.
- Strong knowledge of Civil and Criminal laws, including CPC, Cr.P.C, Indian Evidence Act, IBC, SARFAESI and others.
- Experience in drafting Applications, Petitions, Appeals, Writs, motions, conducting legal research, and participating in depositions
- Ability to represent clients in courts and effectively argue cases
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Experience in a similar role or in a law firm is MANDATORY
