Key Responsibilities:
Take full responsibility for operational work, ensuring all systems function seamlessly and efficiently.
Oversee and monitor the integrity and scheduling of data pipelines, identifying and resolving any issues that arise using SQL, AWS Redshift, and AWS Lambda technologies.
Troubleshoot and write basic ETL data pipeline workflows. Develop and maintain automation tools using Java and Python to improve operational efficiency.
Exhibit strong verbal and written communication skills to collaborate with team members effectively and communicate with stakeholders.
Mandatory Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a support engineer role.
Proficient in SQL, Redshift, AWS Lambda, and Unix for troubleshooting and managing data pipeline workflows.
Capable of building basic troubleshooting and automation tools using Java or Python.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
