    Description

    LEGAL ADVISOR

    JOB DESCRIPTION: Yellow ) is looking for a rockstar legal advisor candidate to join an early stage, well- funded start-up looking to achieve major disruption in the fintech/legal tech space. Candidate will play a vital role in Yellow's innovation and disruption in the digital estate planning space.

    Founders have combined decades of experience in financial and legal services, operations, and other related areas. With high user satisfaction and growth, and partnerships with large new age insurance and wealth platforms, the product is on the cusp of exponential growth. Founders have strong access to capital within their networks due to their long experience in the industry.

    Ideal experience level: At least 3 years in a legal firm. Estate planning experience preferred.

    Candidate should have client facing experience and working with clients to provide solutions. Experience of leading a team of lawyers and ability to build and coach the team is a plus. Candidate should have excellent communication skills in written and verbal mediums. Exposure to Indian succession law is preferred and experience in customer support services would have added advantage.

    Overall role and responsibilities (not exhaustive):

    1. Provide legal customer support over written and VC mode for succession/ Will related matters.

    2. Coach the graduates on do's and don'ts on customer query handling and escalation.

    3. Monitor conversations with customers and build an exhaustive list of frequently raised queries and its solutions for swift/ unified customer query handling.

    4. Over a period of time, play a vital role in building expertise within the team to address related queries of customers in addition to Succession/Will- for instance Trust, Divorce, Property Dispute, etc.

    5. Contribute to innovative solutions for technology in the legal domain.

    6. Innovate ways of better handling customer queries that is easy scalable for swift customer query redressal.

    7. Ability to spearhead and build a large team of lawyers/ graduates in a short duration to match organisation growth.

    8. Represent the voice of the customer within the organization.

    9. Other responsibilities as applicable.
