Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced HR Executive to join our team. The HR Executive will be responsible for managing various aspects of human resources within the organization, including recruitment, employee relations, training and development, performance management, and compliance. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a strong understanding of HR principles and practices, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with department managers to identify staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies.

2. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, interviewing, and onboarding.

3. Conduct orientation sessions to introduce new employees to company policies, procedures, and culture.

4. Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and performance.

Qualification:

1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

2. 1 + years of experience in HR roles, with a focus on recruitment, employee relations, and compliance.

3. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
