    Divine Daily Pvt Ltd is a fast-growing e-commerce company specializing in digital educational products across multiple niches — including faith-based content, parenting guides, phonics reading programs, and Bible study resources. We operate multiple Shopify stores and run high-volume direct-response advertising campaigns on Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google. We are a data-driven, performance-obsessed team that tests relentlessly and scales what works. 

    About the Role 

    We're looking for an experienced and hungry Media Buyer to manage and scale paid advertising campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google (Search, Display, YouTube). You'll be responsible for the full campaign lifecycle — from strategy and creative briefing to launch, optimization, and scaling. This role demands someone who lives inside Ads Manager, loves split-testing, and can turn ad spend into profitable revenue at scale. 

    Key Responsibilities 

    Plan, build, launch, and manage Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads campaigns end-to-end across multiple Shopify stores and product lines. 

    Execute high-volume creative testing — managing 20–25 new video creatives and 30+ image variations weekly with structured kill/scale criteria. 

    Analyze campaign performance daily using key metrics (ROAS, CPA, CTR, CPM, AOV) and make data-driven optimization decisions. 

    Implement and manage audience strategies including Lookalike audiences, interest-based targeting, broad targeting, retargeting funnels, and customer list segmentation. 

    Set up and troubleshoot Meta Pixel, Conversion API (CAPI), Google Tag Manager, and GA4 for accurate conversion tracking. 

    Collaborate with the creative team (7 video editors, designers) to brief ad creatives, provide performance feedback, and iterate on winning angles. 

    Scale winning campaigns aggressively while maintaining profitability targets — managing significant daily ad budgets. 

    Conduct competitive research using tools like the Facebook Ad Library to identify trends, winning hooks, and creative strategies. 

    Create and maintain detailed campaign reports and performance dashboards for leadership review. 

    Stay current on Meta and Google platform updates, algorithm changes, and best practices in direct-response advertising. 

    Manage Google Search, Display, Performance Max, and YouTube campaigns with proper keyword strategy, bid management, and ad copy testing. 

    Requirements 

    2–4+ years of hands-on experience managing Meta Ads and Google Ads with demonstrable results (ROAS, CPA, revenue scaled). 

    Proven track record of managing monthly ad budgets of $10,000+ with profitable outcomes. 

    Deep understanding of the Meta Ads ecosystem — Campaign Budget Optimization (CBO), Ad Set Budget Optimization (ABO), dynamic creatives, advantage+ campaigns, and auction mechanics. 

    Strong proficiency with Google Ads — Search, Display, Shopping, Performance Max, and YouTube campaign types. 

    Experience with conversion tracking setup including Meta Pixel, CAPI, Google Tag Manager, and GA4. 

    Strong analytical skills — comfortable working with spreadsheets, pivot tables, and ad platform reporting tools. 

    Understanding of direct-response copywriting principles and how creative impacts performance. 

    Ability to work independently, manage multiple campaigns simultaneously, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. 

    Excellent communication skills — ability to brief creative teams and present performance reports clearly. 

    Nice to Have 

    Experience with Shopify e-commerce stores and conversion funnel optimization. 

    Familiarity with tools like Triple Whale, Hyros, or other attribution platforms. 

    Experience with TikTok Ads or other emerging paid social platforms. 

    Knowledge of email marketing integration and post-purchase funnels. 

    Experience in the digital product / info-product / education niche. 

    Basic understanding of landing page design and A/B testing tools.
