Job summary
We are hiring a Founding Head of Brand, Creative & Growth to lead our vision for a global spiritual-tech brand rooted in credibility, trust and innovation. You will build the brand from zero to market leader.You will be responsible for complete ownership of brand identity, communication, creative direction and market positioning. From logo psychology to ad messaging and app UI branding you will drive every small and large decision.
You will decide how the brand speaks how it looks how it feels and how it is perceived in the market with your hands-on leadership approach you will manage graphic designers video editors content writers social media team ui ux branding direction approving every creative before it goes live setting visual standards ensuring premium aesthetics elevating design quality guiding storytelling for reels ads product videos
Brand presence growth decisions include aligning brand messaging with conversion strategy improving ctr engagement funnel performance building scalable acquisition systems overseeing website copy strategy landing page positioning app store messaging case studies testimonials brand films storytelling campaigns product education content investor pitch deck branding defining emotional psychological narrative of the band product branding inside app ui trust signals astrology report presentation notification tone in-app communication style premium experience flow
The role requires direct reporting to founder high ownership decision-making power long-term leadership potential backed by strong IT company infrastructure compensation includes senior-level remuneration performance-linked incentives long-term growth opportunities establishing premium spiritual-tech identity defining key voice tone messaging framework creating comprehensive guidelines deciding personality archetype communication style building equity roadmap.
