    Description
    IMMEDIATE JOINERS ONLY.

    We are seeking an experienced Quality Assurance (QA) Manager with 13-20 years of experience in automation using Java and Selenium, along with proven expertise in team management.

    The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading our QA team, ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products through effective testing strategies and processes.


    Responsibilities :

    • Lead and manage a team of QA engineers, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure high performance and professional growth.
    • Develop and implement comprehensive QA strategies, methodologies, and processes to ensure the quality and reliability of our software products.
    • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including development, product management, and operations to understand requirements, define test objectives, and prioritize testing efforts.
    • Design, develop, and maintain automated test suites using Java and Selenium to streamline testing processes and improve efficiency.
    • Conduct code reviews, analyze test results, and identify areas for improvement to optimize test coverage and effectiveness.
    • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of QA processes and drive continuous improvement.
    • Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in QA automation, and implement relevant tools and techniques to enhance our testing capabilities.
    • Establish and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, providing regular updates on QA progress, issues, and risks.
    • Lead efforts to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, working closely with development teams to ensure timely resolution.
    • Foster a culture of quality and collaboration within the QA team, promoting knowledge sharing, innovation, and continuous learning.

    Requirements :

    • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
    years of experience in quality assurance, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership or managerial role.

    • Extensive experience in automation testing using Java and Selenium, with a strong understanding of software testing principles and methodologies.
    • Proven track record of successfully managing and mentoring QA teams, with a focus on driving results and fostering a positive work environment.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with crossfunctional teams and stakeholders.
    • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills, with the ability to think strategically and drive process improvements.
    • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments and familiarity with CI/CD pipelines is preferred.
    • Certification in software testing (e.g., ISTQB) and experience with other automation tools/frameworks (e.g., Cucumber, TestNG) is a plus
