Adherence to theorganization s policies.
Diagnoseassess and treat their physicalproblem/condition
Develop and reviewtreatment programs that encourage exercise and movement through theuse of a range of techniques.
Document patient case notes and reports and collectstatistics.
Liaise with otherhealthcare professionals to exchange information and refer patientswho require other medical attention.
To perform any job/task as and when assigned by thesuperior.
To give proper adviceregarding the home program.
Casestudy presentation.
Ensure Patienttestimonials are obtained from dischargedpatients.
Educate the patient& family on their condition and explain the rationale oftreatment.
Use of JOGO biofeedback invarious conditions for assessment & therapy whereverapplicable.
Supervise juniorphysiotherapists and ensure proper assessment ofpatients.
Ensure patient casedocumentation is done by all thetherapists.
Coordinate onjob trainingfor newcomers & refreshment training for thetherapist.
Manage clinical risk& patient complaints.
Supervise Junior physiotherapist and on the daily treatment givento patients.
Handling DischargePatients and ensuring their satisfaction withtreatment.
Guide Case studies& Presentations for juniortherapists.
