- Standardize and implement SOPs for admin services in coordination with the Admin in-charge
- Proactively seek and drive amendment of processes to drive optimization and efficiencies in quality and cost of service delivery Hard Services
- Support infrastructure team to undertake structural upgradations/repair works
- Acting as the management point of contact for day to day Mechanical and Electrical, IBMS, scope of maintenance, asset register / change, annual maintenance planning, forward maintenance planning, planned maintenance delivery, reactive maintenance delivery, simulated power test, capacity planning & reporting, planned downtime or risk reporting, unplanned outages & emergencies, energy management & consumption analysis & reporting, and compliance to all statutory regulations for facilities services delivery and operations
- Ensure all site admin processes comply with governance protocol and defined SOPs
- Maintain MIS for Site Admin Head and partner with concerned stakeholders and develop effective action plans and mitigate risks
- Manage regular operational reviews & ensure service delivery basis defined SLAs
- Coordinate with agencies for providing effective support for replacement and new recruitment at site External Stakeholder Management
- Manage key relationships with external vendor partners and agencies and coordinate related activities
- Support oversight on partner/vendor performance and help resolve escalations
- Help liaise with local government bodies and build long lasting strategic relationships to be leveraged effectively
