    Job Overview :

    We are looking for a highly motivated and data-driven Digital Marketing Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing performance marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition, conversion, and retention. Your expertise will be critical in optimizing our digital marketing campaigns and achieving our business goals.

    Key Responsibilities:

    1. Strategy Development :

    · Develop and implement comprehensive performance marketing strategies that align with the company's goals, including user acquisition, conversion rate optimization, and revenue growth.

    2. Paid Advertising Management :

    · Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across various platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.) to maximize ROI.

    · Conduct keyword research, ad copywriting, ad group structuring, and bid management to improve campaign performance.

    3. Analytics and Data Analysis:

    · Utilize analytics tools to monitor campaign performance, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.

    · A/B testing and data-driven decision-making to refine campaign elements.

    4. Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO):

    · Collaborate with the web development and design teams to improve landing pages and website elements to increase conversion rates.

    · Implement A/B testing and multivariate testing to identify and implement CRO opportunities.

    5. Budget Management:

    · Create and manage the performance marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and a positive return on investment.

    6. Audience Segmentation:

    · Develop and refine audience segments for targeted marketing efforts, utilizing demographic, psychographic, and behavioral data.

    7. Remarketing and Retention:

    · Implement strategies to engage and retain existing customers through remarketing campaigns and personalized messaging.

    8. Reporting and Documentation:

    · Prepare regular performance reports, including campaign results, trends, and recommendations for improvement.

    · Document campaign strategies, tactics, and outcomes for future reference.

    Qualifications :

    1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus.

    2. Proven experience in performance marketing with a strong track record of successful campaigns.

    3. Proficiency with digital advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, etc.).

    4. Solid understanding of web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and data-driven decision-making.

    5. Strong analytical and quantitative skills.

    6. Knowledge of A/B testing and CRO techniques.

    7. Excellent communication and project management skills.

    8. Ability to stay updated with industry trends and emerging marketing technologies.
