Xolver is a physical intelligence platform providing robotics foundation models, a deterministic enforcement layer, and embedded runtimes for safe and auditable machine operations. We ship an embedded translation device plus an edge runtime to ensure that physical autonomy is both smart and bounded. We are building the infrastructure for the next generation of industrial automation in Noida. Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for the position of Founding Head of Growth located in the Greater Delhi Area, with flexibility for some remote work. The Founding Head of Growth will be responsible for driving customer acquisition initiatives, devising and executing growth marketing strategies, identifying new business opportunities, and fostering long-term customer relationships. The role involves leveraging innovative growth hacking techniques, collaborating across teams, and contributing to the overall strategic growth of the organisation.

This is a high stakes founding role with a clear path to being upgraded to a core founding team member. Successful execution of our early market entry and pilot phases will lead to full founding team status. This includes related benefits such as a significant equity stake, stakeholder voting rights, and a permanent seat in company governance.

We are looking for a partner who wants to own the commercial and philosophical growth of the brand. In line with the founding nature of this position, the compensation structure for the initial phase will be heavily weighted toward equity rather than salary. We are looking for an owner who believes in the long term value of the world models we are building.

The Work

  • Defining and executing the global GTM strategy for our robotics foundation models and edge devices
  • Synthesizing field insights from industrial pilots to help prioritize our technical and feature roadmaps
  • Identifying and closing high stakes partnerships with Robotics OEMs and System Integrators to build an ecosystem of trust
  • Leading the full sales cycle from technical assessment to controlled pilot and full scale production
  • Building the narrative that explains why physical intelligence and world models are the next frontier for enterprise operations
  • Navigating the complex procurement cycles of industrial and manufacturing giants while advocating for human robot synergy
  • Acting as the primary feedback loop to ensure our proprietary models solve high-value, real-world problems

Above all you must believe that perseverance and persistence are the primary keys to breaking down the doors of traditional industries and redefining the relationship between man and machine.

A major part of this role is figuring out the transition from robots in cages to robots as collaborators. You will be tasked with solving the philosophical and practical challenge of how humans share a seat at the table with robots. Xolver believes that for this to happen, machines must be safe, auditable, and predictable. You will help our partners understand how our Control Spine enables a future where humans and robots operate in the same physical and decision making spaces without friction.

Qualifications

  • Prior exposure to 0 to 1 journeys
  • Proven track record of leading growth or business development in a deep tech or industrial automation environment
  • Subtle ability to translate customer pain points into actionable product requirements for the engineering team
  • Experience selling high ticket hardware or complex systems to enterprise customers
  • Ability to speak the language of engineers and plant managers with equal fluency
  • Strategic thinker who can pivot based on pilot feedback while keeping the long term vision of human robot collaboration in focus
  • Comfortable with a high responsibility role where compensation is heavily weighted toward equity and long term impact
  • Based in or willing to relocate to Noida for close collaboration with the technical team
