    Our team is growing, and we're looking for a skilled Accounts Payable Specialist to join our finance team in Noida. This role will have a daily impact on financial transactions, ensuring we stay on track, on time, and good terms with our valued partners.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Be responsible for the Account Payable process for our entities
    • Review and book invoices in our tool
    • Check analytics according to our Group rules
    • Follow approval workflows and send reminders if needed
    • Participate in Monthly and Annual closing: Suppliers accruals review, A/P review
    • Participate in the optimization of processes & tools for Procurement
    • Share best practices and prepare workshops to ensure all stakeholders have the right information

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (MBA/M.Com/CPA)
    • Certifications like CAPP & CAPS are a plus
    • The knowledge of NetSuite or Procurement software can be a plus
    • 2 to 4 years of experience in A/P accounting is appreciated
    • You are curious by nature, organized, willing to learn new things, and develop/improve your hard & soft skills
    • Willing to help the team in working on high-impact projects, clearly communicate progress, and deliver on time
    • You are a team player with a proactive mindset and strong interpersonal skills to work in a collaborative & international environment

    Interview Process:

    • Round 1 - Talent Acquisition Team (20 Minutes)
    • Round 2 - With Finance Team From India (In Person 60 minutes)
    • Round 3 - With Finance Team from Paris (Virtual 60 minutes)
    • Round 4 - HR Discussion
