    Whatyou will do:


    HRFunctions:
    Participate inonboarding activities for new hires ensuring a smooth transitioninto the organization.
    Maintainemployee records and HR databases ensuring accuracy and compliancewith legal requirements.
    Supportperformance management processes including goal setting performanceevaluations and developmentplanning.
    Handle employeeinquiries and provide guidance on HR policies procedures andbenefits.
    Assist in employeerelations matters including conflict resolution and disciplinaryactions.


    Learningand Development:
    Design developand implement training programs and initiatives to enhance employeeskills and competencies.
    Conducttraining needs assessments to identify skill gaps and trainingpriorities across differentdepartments.
    Collaborate withdepartment heads and managers to create tailored training plansaligned with organizationalgoals.
    Evaluate the effectivenessof training programs through feedback assessments and metricsanalysis making adjustments asnecessary.
    Stay updated onindustry trends and best practices in learning and development tocontinuously improve trainingprograms.

    Requirements

    Bachelors degree in Human Resources Organizational Psychology BusinessAdministration or relatedfield.
    Proven experience workingin HR roles with a focus on learning and developmentpreferred.
    Strong understanding ofadult learning principles and instructional designmethodologies.
    Excellentcommunication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interacteffectively with employees at all levels of theorganization.
    Demonstrated projectmanagement skills with the ability to manage multiple prioritiesand deadlines.
    Proficiency in MSOffice suite and learning management systems(LMS).
    Knowledge of employmentlaws andregulations.

    Requirements:
