Job summary
The position is relevant and required to provide business support in relation to ALD at Hyderabad Airport. Position will be responsible for complete documentation and agreements of various real estate related projects of GHIAL and for handling disputes, advising the business teams on day-to-day issues and on the aspects of compliance with contractual obligations.Responsibilities
- Contracts drafting and execution including financing documents etc. ,
- Risk Mitigation ,
- Litigation Management Framing/deployment of litigation strategies and favorable success rate ,
- Statutory Compliances As per legal framework
