Mufubu is a manufacturer and exporter of all kinds of bags and accessories and is seeking an Assistant Manager for our Inside Sales department to provide exceptional customer service and drive sales through effective communication and product presentation. This role involves managing inbound customer calls, understanding their needs, providing suitable product options, inviting them to our showroom, presenting product solutions, sharing quotations, and successfully closing orders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage inbound customer inquiries and provide tailored product options.
• Extend invitations to visit our showroom and deliver engaging product presentations.
• Prepare and share quotations, ensuring a smooth sales process.
• Report to the Sales Manager and collaborate effectively within the sales team.

Requirements:

• Strong command of English and Hindi languages (both written and spoken).
• Proficiency in mathematics and a solid grasp of current technologies such as AI, Social Media, and Communication Tools.
• MBA from a reputed institute.
• Minimum 1 to 2 years of work experience in a similar role.
