    Urgent Hiring – US Insurance Broking Operations

    Location: Pune & Noida

    Domain: US Insurance Broking (PL / CL / EB)

    We are actively hiring for multiple leadership and domain expert roles in US Insurance Operations. If you have strong experience in Personal Lines, Commercial Lines, or Employee Benefits, this is a great opportunity to move into a leadership or specialist role.

    Open Positions & CTC

    • SME Trainer – 6 positions – ₹7 LPA
    • Team Leader (TL) – 16 positions – ₹10 LPA
    • Team Manager (TM) – 10 positions – ₹13 LPA
    • Service Delivery Manager (SDM) – 10 positions – ₹18 LPA

    Role: SME Trainer

    Experience: Minimum 5 years in US Insurance Broking

    Location: Pune / Noida

    Key Requirements

    • Strong experience in US broking processes
    • Working knowledge of Applied EPIC system
    • Hands-on experience in one or more of the below processes across Personal Lines, Commercial Lines, or Employee Benefits:
    • New Business
    • Renewals
    • Endorsements (policy modifications)
    • Cancellations & Reinstatements
    • Certificates of Insurance (COI)
    • ID Cards
    • Re-marketing to alternative carriers

    Responsibilities

    • Deliver domain and process training to operations teams
    • Create training materials, SOPs, and job aids
    • Conduct refresher sessions and knowledge assessments
    • Support transitions and new process migrations
    • Work closely with Operations and Quality teams to improve process understanding

    Team Leader (TL) – 16 Positions

    CTC: ₹10 LPA

    • Lead a team handling US Insurance operations
    • Monitor SLAs, quality, productivity, and client deliverables
    • Provide floor support and resolve escalations
    • Drive performance and team development

    Team Manager (TM) – 10 Positions

    CTC: ₹13 LPA

    • Manage multiple teams within US broking operations
    • Ensure service delivery, stakeholder management, and performance metrics
    • Drive process improvements and operational excellence

    Service Delivery Manager (SDM) – 10 Positions

    CTC: ₹18 LPA

    • Own client engagement and end-to-end service delivery
    • Manage governance, escalations, and performance reviews
    • Lead transition and stabilization of new processes
    • Ensure SLA adherence and revenue alignment
