    Sr. Marketing Manager - Media and Automation + Hirgin now industry

    Job Brief: The role entails integrated marketing lead, responsible for leading and managing the company's integrated marketing efforts to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition and revenue growth.

    Responsibilities:

    Overall:

    Generating leads through activities digital channels such as email marketing, SMS, RCS, WhatsApp.

    Implement best practices across the digital channels such as segmenting, targeting, frequency and deliverability.

    Should be able to optimize on the campaigns.

    Email Campaign Management:

    Design, edit, test and deploy email campaign using communication tools.

    Create and manage multiple templates for email campaigns.

    Experience with marketing automation platforms and the ability to implement automated workflows for lead nurturing, scoring and personalized customer journeys.

    Experience in conducting A/B testing to optimize the campaign elements such as subject lines, visuals and calls to action for improved engagement.

    Digital Media Planning:

    Deploy continuous lead generation digital campaigns and building customer journey from leads to acquisition.

    Conceptualize, develop, and execute digital marketing campaigns across various channels including digital, social media, email, content marketing.

    Generate and share reports on campaign performance optimizing strategies for enhanced performance.

    Monitor and manage lead progression through sales funnel.

    Coordinate with respective team to gather audience lists.

    Use data driven insights to assess campaign performance, identify areas of improvement and make data backed recommendations.

    Should be able to optimize the marketing ROI.

    Marketing Automation:

    Building and monitoring automated campaigns across web and email.

    Building and testing workflows workflows and automation on multiple platforms (Hubspot, Moengage, etc.).

    Ensuring smooth execution of campaigns and troubleshoot in case of any issues.

    Using CRM and marketing automation tools to segment and target customers group effectively, ensuring personalized content is delivered to the right audience.

    Identifying new areas of automation, set-up and smooth running.



    Skills Required:

    Bachelor's degree in Marketing and Business to a related fields ( master's degree preferred).

    Proven experience of 8-12 years in marketing.

    Proficient in email marketing, campaign management, lead generation.

    Familiarity with email marketing tools such as netcore, gupshup etc.

    Proficiency in MS Excel, MS PowerPoint and other Office 365 application.

    Proficiency in marketing analytics and data driven decision making.

    Strong familiarity with marketing automation tools and technologies.

    Ability to work in a fast paced, dynamic environment.

    Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

    Should be able to collaborate with various departments such as sales, product, IT, Customer support to align initiatives and execution.

    Manage relationships with external marketing agencies vendors, partners to support campaign execution and achieve marketing goals.

    Ensure all marketing activities comply with industry regulations and ethical standards.

    Should be abreast of current marketing tools used in marketing.
