    Position - Customer Success

    Job Location - Andheri East

    Experience - 3 to 5 years

    Industry - Luxury Goods & Jewelry

    Key responsibilities:

    1. Interacting via various channels, such as live chat, emails, social media, and direct calls

    2. Calling active and budding clients to encourage the purchase of products

    3. Modifying sales pitches in response to customer demand

    4. Acquiring and retaining contact information databases

    5. Addressing clients' uncertainties, grievances, and suggestions on time

    6. Noting important details of each conversation

    7. Communicating verbal acceptances of offers to our sales team for closing

    8. Recording all successful and unsuccessful attempts to close sales

    9. Attending regular team meetings to clarify progress and performance-related expectations

    Who can apply:

    1. High school diploma or equivalent

    2. Prior experience as a Telecaller or similar

    3. Completion of a sales-related training program is preferred

    4. Computer literate

    5. Superb interpersonal, research, and record-keeping skills

    6. Strong communication abilities

    7. Exceptional communication and the capacity to switch up speaking approach

    8. The capacity to adjust to challenging circumstances

    9. Having a firm understanding of the products or services the business provides

    10. Ability to listen and solve problems

    11. Ability to cope with rejection while remaining calm

    12. Outstanding capacity to manage conflicts and address grievances during negotiations
