We need a strong operator who can build structured training systems reduce early attrition improve daily sales consistency enable Sales Support Retention & Leadership to perform at scale. This role owns capability building across the company.Responsibilities
- Sales Training Primary Ownership Build role-wise training paths for BDEs Team Leaders Sales Managers Design D1–D30–D90 onboarding programs Create & run Mock calls Objection-handling labs Closing clinics Big-ticket selling modules Ensure new hires hit ₹1L/month productivity faster Attrition Control & Mental Toughness Design burnout prevention & resilience modules Build early-warning systems for disengagement Work with TLs to reduce 0–6 month attrition Coach teams on handling rejection pressure & consistency Support Retention Cross-Function Training Train support teams on Client communication Escalation handling Trust-building Align retention teams on Recharge conversations Win-back scripts Outcome-based communication Ensure one common language across Sales Support Retention Certification Evaluation System Build internal certifications for Product knowledge Process discipline Sales execution Leadership readiness Own Training scorecards Certification exams Promotion-readiness assessments Training Revenue ROI Ownership Track Pre vs post training performance Conversion lift Daily average consistency Attrition reduction Build a Training ROI Dashboard Kill or redesign training that doesn't move numbers Leadership Culture Enablement Run Leadership Bootcamps for TLs Managers Reinforce Daily discipline culture Ownership mindset Data-driven execution Act as a culture carrier during scale What This Role Is NOT PPT-only trainer Motivational speaker HR coordinator Theory-heavy execution-light This is a hands-on operator role.
