Experience: 1-3 years in HR Placement domain (Edu-Tech Experienced Preferred)

Job Type: Full-time

Salary - 25k-40k per month (as per experience)

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with company's department heads and HR managers to understand their staffing needs and requirements.
• Stay informed about the company's hiring needs.
• Develop and maintain top-level relationship with company HR.
• Build and maintain a network in the industry of Life science, CRO, IT Sector, Pharma, Hospitals and health care.
• Facilitate interviews and manage the placement process from start to finish.
• Foster strong relationship with the corporate industry.
• Excellent Communication skill and corporate talks as the position requires communicating with various levels of senior management.
• Excellent email writing skills
