Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Telemarketing Executive to join our team at Akshar School Solutions Private Limited. As a Telemarketing Executive, you will be responsible for promoting our range of branded school supplies and managing customer relationships through telephone calls. This is a full-time position based in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.

Qualifications and Skills

Proven experience as a Telemarketing Executive or similar sales/customer service role
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to persuade and influence customers
Self-motivated and target-driven
Strong organizational and time management skills
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
Familiarity with CRM software
Ability to work well in a team environment

Roles and Responsibilities

Contact potential customers through telephone calls and explain our products and services
Generate leads and set appointments for sales representatives
Maintain a database of prospective customers and track their interactions
Follow up with customers to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business
Provide accurate information about products and pricing to customers
Collaborate with the sales team to achieve targets and sales objectives
Build and maintain strong customer relationships
Document and update customer records in the CRM system
