• Skills - We re looking for colleagues with Fore scout and Illumio skillsets, network knowledge preferably to CCNP level or equivalent, network security knowledge and experience especially around NAC, network segmentation, firewalling. Tasks would include.
• morning & afternoon health checks
• incident queue management
• weekly KPI updates
• operational pack updates
• change raising
• change implementation, this would likely start with basic repeatable policy creation on Fore scout and Illumio tools.
• Pen testing requests and allow listing
• Switch remediations (additions of new, removals of old)

Core Responsibilities:

• Deployment & Installation: Install and configure Forescout hardware/software, integrate with network devices (switches, WLCs) and security systems (SIEM, firewalls).
• Device Visibility & Profiling: Discover, classify, and inventory all network assets (IT, OT, IoT, IoMT), identifying unauthorized or noncompliant devices.
• Policy Development & Enforcement: Create and implement NAC policies for user authentication (802.1X), VLAN switching, dynamic access control, and external device restrictions.
• Automation & Remediation: Automate responses for non-compliant devices, such as blocking access or remediating missing patches, and support automation efforts.
• Monitoring & Reporting: Continuously monitor network health, manage alarms, and generate reports for compliance, security posture, and project alignment.
• Troubleshooting & Support: Resolve technical issues, analyze posture failures, and manage incident response for security events.
• Customer Engagement: Consult with clients to understand requirements, define success criteria, and ensure the Forescout solution meets business goals.
