    Job Summary

    We are seeking a skilled Building System Operations Specialist to join our team in Bengaluru, India. This exciting opportunity will see you play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our building management systems, providing top-notch service to our clients and driving business success.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Operate and monitor the Building Management System (BMS) to control, monitor, and optimize the operation of building systems, including HVAC, lighting, and security systems.
    • Monitor various parameters, including temperature, humidity, occupancy, and energy consumption, and respond promptly to system alerts and alarms.
    • Perform routine inspections and maintenance on BMS equipment and related systems, identifying and resolving issues efficiently.
    • Troubleshoot and repair faults in the BMS and associated building systems, collaborating with maintenance teams and vendors as needed.
    • Develop and implement strategies to optimize system performance, energy efficiency, and occupant comfort, working closely with engineering and facilities teams.
    • Coordinate with stakeholders, including maintenance teams, engineers, and vendors, to ensure seamless communication and effective collaboration.
    • Analyze data from the BMS to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement, generating reports and recommendations to drive business growth.
    • Provide exceptional customer service, responding promptly to client requests and concerns, and maintaining accurate records of maintenance activities and system changes.

    Requirements

    • High school diploma or equivalent (associate degree or certification in a related field preferred).
    • Proven experience as a BMS Operator or in a similar role, with a strong understanding of building systems and operations.
    • Excellent technical knowledge of HVAC, lighting, energy management, and security systems, with familiarity with BMS platforms such as Siemens, Honeywell, or Johnson Controls.
    • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to interpret and respond to alarms, alerts, and system data.
    • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
    • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy in data monitoring and documentation, willing to work in shifts and be available for on-call duties as required.
    • Ability to lift and move equipment and materials as needed, with exposure to varying building environments and system conditions.
