You will be working as Data Analyst for the Smart Power division in Electrification Business Area at the global grade 13, reporting to Product Engineering Manager and this position will be based in Bangalore, India.

In this role, you will be working out new ideas for smart factory, work together with project team to develop the ideas into solutions and roll out.

Your responsibilities

• Handling the process of cleaning, analyzing, interpreting, and displaying data using different approaches and business intelligence tools
• Analyzing large datasets to extract meaningful insights and trends.Collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and provide technical solutions
• Designing, implementing, and maintaining databases to store and retrieve data efficiently
• Creating data visualizations and reporting to communicate findings effectively
• Approach problems logically and making informed decisions based on the data

Your background

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field with minimum 5 years of experience
• Proven experience in data analysis, including proficiency in SQL, Python, or R. Strong programming skills in C Sharp with a focus on efficiency and reliability
• Experience with database management systems such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB
• Familiarity with data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, Microsoft or Matplotlib
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities
• Understanding statistical tests and tools is crucial
• Familiarity with mean, median, variance, standard deviation, correlation, regression, and hypothesis testing can be fundamental
• Effective communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
