    Description

    Reporting:
    Reporting Manager SVP, Finance

    Direct Reportee 2-4


    Role Objective:

    • The incumbent will be responsible for finance controllership and direction for critical business units for Oragnization.

    Role Responsibilities:

    • End to end responsibility of finance and accounting function, including cost accounting, book closing, inventory management, audits, financial controls and compliances for multiple legal entities.
    • Handling audits and all deliverables related to compliances including corporate matters.
    • Support business from a financial viewpoint including profitability analysis, margin profiling and other financial analytics needs.
    • Formulate & drive business plans / strategies for existing and new plants
    • ERP implementation for Plant Accounting
    • Evaluate ROI of all capex related decisions
    • Plant accounting and variance analysis across products
    • Coown the P&L and KPIs along with plant heads.
    • Responsible for Bill of Material costing and decision making on pricing
    • Anchor monthly performance reviews with Sales / Segment Heads
    • Drive operational excellence through deepdive analytic on capacity utilization
    • Data analysis and visualization/presentations explaining financial & business results
