About the Job
We are looking for a Product Costing Specialist to join our team in Pune, India. The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing costing results, trends and material ledger data to ensure accurate inventory revaluation and cost management.
Main Responsibilities
- Analyze costing result, trend analysis, Material ledger and RM price analysis
Error resolution: Guide costing officer in quickly resolving the costing errors so as to ease the subsequent steps in the process
Anticipation: Anticipate the end-to-end impact of each costing run to P&L (e.g. impact of RMP changes into SEFI/FINI etc.)
Concurrence of ISC Nav.s: Replying ISC Nav.s queries and obtain their concurrence for cost release. , - Candidates should be open to learning new skills and flexible in exploring new ways of working. ,
- The analyst identifies and flags process and system issues related to costing ensuring adherence to AkzoNobel's accounting standards. ,
- This role requires strong stakeholder management skill able to prioritize work with multiple supervisors stakeholders such as ISC Navs Commercial Controllers Accounting Controllers FP&A other finance towers like R2R I2P P2I MDM etc.
Able to prepare present dashboard report with different dimension incl consolidation for management reviews.
Familiarity with ICD transactions proficiency managing material master attributes analytical skills financial reviews effective communication collaborating cross-functional teams Ability gauge critical components product pricing tariff rates recovery workings MAP resultant changes dependent outputs SEFI FINI ICD movements rate changes etc Hands on experience handling internal audits process finance conducting high-level financial reviews provide insights intercompany price differences Excellent verbal written communication skills manage emotions others Inclusive respectful workplace embracing diversity tolerance Unconscious Bias corrective actions resume consideration race color religion sex sexual orientation gender identity national origin age disability Requisition ID 51231
